Working
differently

Impulsing new work practices requires a combination of acculturation (to give meaning and create the need to change), coaching (to help teams to know how to change) and the deployment of tools configured in a relevant way with regard to the use cases.

Developing the uses of Microsoft 365

The modernization of work tools makes it possible to resolve a certain number of irritants but not to meet the challenges of the digital age. In order to face them, the questioning of work practices is unavoidable. Our experts help you teach teams to improve their operations and find new solutions with Microsoft 365. They provide methodologies equipped to act effectively, remotely or at workshop, with teams discovering new tools and uses or with those wishing to go further.

Deploying a Digital Workplace

Lecko advises you in the definition of your Digital Workplace by bringing together the priority needs of the organization, the technical constraints and the evolution of the market offers and the contribution of the accompanying levers.

Our consultants accompany you from the construction project phase to the support of the trades.

Piloting and evaluating uses

The operational efficiency of organizations is now improving with the networking of teams and managerial agility. Collaborative tools are only catalysts for this cultural transformation. The value brought by technology lies in the changes in associated practices.

These developments are long and progress in a heterogeneous way within companies. Analytics can be used to objectify these situations. Thanks to them, the teams in charge of support become more effective in creating the need for change, enhancing progress or creating emulation between entities.

Lecko Analytics provides more complete indicators than the ones provided by the editor and facilitates the access to them.

Rethinking Meetings in the Digital Age

Teleworking has democratized online meetings. Videoconferencing make things easier, but they also cannibalize our agendas and alter individual and collective efficiency. This unproductivity is the consequence of the rebound effect induced by the addition of technologies without changing practices. This high point of collaboration reveals the team's efficiency and limitations.

Data in work environments today brings new levers to help teams progress. Thanks to Lecko Analytics combined with the In'Flow approach, we work with managers and their teams to identify irritants, changes to be made in rituals and measure progress.

Working in hybrid mode

Managing teams partly remotely and partly in the office leads to rethinking the way of communicating, maintaining links or cooperation. Our role is to enable teams to question their work practices and to include a continuous improvement process in their management routine. We do this effectively through the in'Flow approach.

It aims to reduce participants' investment so as not to cannibalize operational activity. We realize remote accompaniments, during which interactivity and co-production are facilitated by the animation built in Klaxoon.

.

Gain in managerial agility

Agility is a culture, a way of working that responds to 4 main objectives: knowing how to adapt, mobilizing employees, quickly providing solutions, satisfying customer needs. We can help your managers understand the virtues of agility, teach them how to create their Kanban and convert teams to agile practices. Within the In'Flow approach, theworkshop Kitchen Kanban (made in Klaxoon) allows for example to understand how a kanban flow works and how it can be applied in the operational context of the team.

Engaging in a Responsible Digital Approach

The democratization of digital technology and more recently remote working have accentuated a double rebound effect: an explosion in the volumes of exchanged information to the point of creating new pollution and a capacity for work that is dissociated from the office to the point of aggravating psychosocial risks because of the permanent link with one's work.

With the analytics, Lecko makes visible the environmental footprint of our digital uses and the working rhythm of the teams. We willoffer dashboards to sensitize each team to progress towards more effective practices in these two areas.

Last September, Lecko was awarded by Vinci Energies in the framework of its Green IT start-up challenge with GreeT. This application allows to engage employees in the reduction of the carbon footprint of the company's activities, moving towards digital best practices.

  • Combining the improvement of the environmental footprint of its digital uses and work efficiency
  • Follow the work rhythms to ensure that working remotely does not lead to longer working ranges. Lecko Analytics allows you to count the e-mails sent by the entities on the time slots considered "no work" (in the evening, on the weekend). The indicator allows to measure the efficiency of the actions to raise awareness about the disconnection and to contribute to the prevention of psychosocial risks specific to telework.
